Childcare
Childcare is available for infants and toddlers each Sunday from 10:30 to 12:30 pm. (Childcare is not currently available during the 8:45 service or at the beginning of the Education Hour. If you are interested in childcare being available before 10:30 am on Sundays, please contact Rev. Vernice at 773-348-2679, ext. 224 or by email here.)
We invite school-age children to participate in our morning worship with us, as well as to participate in Kaleidoscope Children's Choir at 9:45 and our 10:15 am Children's Education Time.
We have Children's Activity Kits that can be used during the worship service. The kits include crayons, a coloring sheet and books. When you arrive, just let an usher know that you need one and they will get it for you and you can turn it back in at the conclusion of the service.
We also offer a weekly worship bulletin specifically for children. It includes the liturgy (for readers) and pictures related to the day's worship to be colored. Pick one up from the ushers at the door along with a box of colored pencils. All children are invited to take a bulletin! Please return the colored pencils to the table outside the sanctuary after the service.
