Reservations for the use of space must be made through the Office Manager at email@example.com. (Office hours are Monday-Thursday). Please send a detailed message describing the group that is requesting space, the date and time requested, the specific room requested (if known), the number of attendees anticipated, and any other pertinent information.
Please be aware that we receive many requests for space. Space will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, please keep in mind that requests are considered by a committee and may take some time. We do try to consider requests as soon as possible.
In the event of a concurrent request, Broadway United Methodist Church groups, committees and members will normally have priority with regard to space reservations.
